For those requiring a larger boat ramp, the public ramp on State Rd. 4A, Little Torch Key, can accommodate any size vessel and is 10 minutes away. Electric outlets and water hoses are conveniently available within 50 feet of all slips. Please note that Dolphin Marina is now permanently closed. For fuel by water, the Sea Center on Pine Channel (just east of US 1 on Big Pine Key) is open and ready to serve you which is a 10-minute boat ride from Parmers.
Our precise GPS coordinates are 24.40.45N and 81.23.24W. When approaching from the ocean side, be mindful of the Pine Channel Bridge with a minimum height of 14'4". If you're arriving from the gulf side, please note that the controlling depth is 1.5 feet, and local knowledge is recommended for safe navigation.

Canal Side Boat Slips
On the canal side of our resort, you'll find three spacious slips tailored for boats up to 27 feet, each featuring a draft of 2.5 feet. If your needs call for more space, our innovative design allows for the combination of two slips, providing the flexibility you require for larger vessels.
Pine Channel Basins
Nestled along the picturesque Pine Channel, we take pride in our three well-lit boat basins that are thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate boats of up to 26 feet in length, boasting a draft of 2.5 feet. Enjoy seamless access to the tranquil waters of Pine Channel, ensuring a safe and enjoyable boating adventure.
Fees & Availability
Boats under 23 are charged a fee of $30 per day plus tax and $50 per day plus tax for boats 24+ feet, whether on a trailer or in the water. Please call ahead to reserve a slip. Reservations are required for trailers also during mini lobster season (end of July) and the beginning of regular lobster season (beginning of August)
